ClayHolt

Clay holt, Managing Partner

Clay completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK, in 2009.  He was most recently employed by Lagoon Water Midstream (LWM), which is a midstream gathering and recycling service provider of produced and fresh water for the Permian Basin operating area.  Clay’s previous position with LWM was as a Project Engineer & Supervisor over the company’s Saltwater Disposal & Recycle Facility and Pipeline Infrastructure Development Programs.  Within that role, he developed standardized modular facility designs focused around the planning, construction, and automation of saltwater disposal & recycle facilities, pipeline booster pump locations, wellsite measurement custody transfer sites, and pipeline infrastructure systems while supervising personnel responsible for executing the construction, installation, and commissioning of those very same designs.

Prior to his engagement with LWM, Clay had amassed a 12-year career working as a Facilities Engineer for the following domestic onshore E&P companies: Chesapeake Energy, Devon Energy, Marathon Oil, and Midstates Petroleum Company.  Within these engineering roles, his skillset and responsibilities were focused around the design and construction of wellsite production facilities and pipeline infrastructure systems, evolving his experience in planning and development of modular facility designs, applicable field automation practices, and steady-state modeling analytics of relevant hydraulic systems.  Clay has been fortunate to have worked within a vast majority of the unconventional production basins within the Continental Lower 48 and recognizes the unique production challenges encountered by operators within those areas.

Today, Clay’s focus is to aid in the planning and development of practical and economically viable facility design solutions sought after by clients that continue to operate within an industry challenged by evolving environmental and regulatory compliance requirements while seeking engineering insight that promotes improvement within day-to-day process safety performance.

Chris boyd, Managing Partner

Chris attended the University of Oklahoma, completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1994.  He double majored in Management and Management of Information Systems.  After graduation, he began to manage the computer networks of several companies in the greater Oklahoma City area.

In the spring of 1999, Chris began supporting computer systems in an Oklahoma regional bank.  By 2004, he had promoted to Vice President and Technology Manager of the International Bank of Commerce (IBC) Oklahoma, supporting 60 locations and over 200 critical banking and payment applications.

In 2005, he left his banking position on an exciting journey to launch an independent venture.  Armed with an expertise of wealth and knowledge in installing and supporting payment systems for his previous employer, Chris decided to create a data center and provide payment systems to financial institutions that could not afford the initial investment of the software and hardware systems.  Chris grew his business to support over 100 banks and credit unions throughout the United States.  After an impressive 17 years, he decided to sell his company assets to a Fortune 500 company that could continue to support his customers and employees into the future.

Today, Chris focuses on the business operations of The Vitruvian Group, LLC.  He is involved in all aspects of the company including strategy, sales, human resources, operations, and technology.  Chris works alongside the leadership team seeking to understand our client’s challenges and opportunities to continuously evolve our ability to deliver value-added results that lead to outstanding customer success.  He leverages our highly skilled team to employ a customer-first strategy while infusing a management approach that is grounded in quality, integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
